These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by CyberX Innovations ("CyberX", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By engaging with us, you ("Client", "You", or "Your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

1. Scope of Services

CyberX Innovations is a fully remote digital services provider, offering:
● Web and App Development
● UI/UX Design
● Custom Software Solutions
● Consultation and Digital Products
All work is managed and delivered online. We do not offer physical meetings.

We collect this information when you contact us, submit a form, request a quote, or interact with our website.

2. Project Initiation and Payments

● 50% advance payment is required before we start any project.
● Remaining 50% must be paid before the project is made live, handed over, or source code is delivered.
● No project will begin without the initial 50% payment.
● We reserve the right to delay or withhold deployment if final payment is not cleared.
● Payments are accepted via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or any mutually agreed method.

3. Timelines

● Project duration is based on mutual agreement and depends on timely feedback and approvals.
● Delays from the client may affect delivery time.
● CyberX is not liable for delays caused by third parties or client inaction.

4. Revisions and Scope

● Minor revisions are included in the agreed scope.
● Major changes or new features will be charged separately.
● Any changes in scope may impact cost and timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

● The client must provide necessary content, branding material and responses on time.
● Third-party services like hosting, domain, or payment gateways are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

● Upon full payment, the final product becomes the client’s property.
● CyberX retains rights to core systems, templates or reusable code unless agreed otherwise.
● We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed.

7. Refund Policy

● The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable once work has started.
● No refund will be issued for cancellations made after project initiation.
● In rare internal cases where we are unable to deliver, a partial refund may be discussed.

8. Limitation of Liability

● CyberX is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages after project handover.
● Clients are expected to manage their hosting, security and updates unless ongoing support is part of the deal.

9. Communication Policy

● CyberX operates 100% remotely. All communication will be handled via WhatsApp, Email, Zoom, Google Meet or other online platforms.
● We do not offer in-person meetings or physical meetups.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website and continued use of our services confirms your acceptance.
